This Tuesday, Matt and I got a real treat! His company has several sets of tickets to the KC Royal's (professional baseball). It's been a while since either of us has been to a game, so we jumped at the chance to go. The Royals were taking on the Rangers, and even though the game didn't go so well for the Royals, we had a great time watching the game, indulging in baseball hot dogs, fries, ice cream (for me) and pretzels and beer (for Matt). Needless to say, we had quite the time! We also walked around the stadium and checked out all that has been added since we last went to a game. They have all kinds of bars and restaurants, a play zone for the kids and even a putt-putt course! Pretty cool! I'm sure we'll be making this a summer regular for many years to come!

Today has been a crazy day filled with a workout, Cayne's vet appointment (hello $350 later), and a pretty un-successful job fair. The good news is that it ended in a night out to dinner with some friends (compliments of grandparent birthday money). On to Thursday and the Sex and the City premiere tomorrow!
